How long does shipping take?+

We ship from US warehouses, so most orders arrive in 3–7 business days. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?+

Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?+

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.

How do I track my order?+

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your order ID at any time.

Can I change or cancel my order?+

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After that, the order may already be in processing or dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?+

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. No need to return the damaged item.

Do you ship internationally?+

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. More countries are being added. Check checkout for availability in your region.

How do I contact customer support?+

You can reach us via the contact form on our Contact page. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days.

Is my payment information secure?+

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, which uses 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details on our servers.
