We ship from US warehouses, so most orders arrive in 3–7 business days. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your order ID at any time.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After that, the order may already be in processing or dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. No need to return the damaged item.
